Street Photography As A Defense Of Democracy

This is an interesting concept. Photographer Morten Albek suggests in this video that street photography can be viewed as a statement in support of deomocracy.

I know when I was in Germany the concept of street photography was very very different than street photography in Canada. Albak also talks about this difference and street photographers will find this interesting.
